Pray for Current Staffing Needs

Lord, we are so grateful for the record number of women You are guiding through our doors. We are privileged to be able to share Your love and promise not only with the women, but often with their partners, families and loved ones. However, due to the increase in numbers, our staff is stretched thin and delayed appointments are hindering our ability to serve these women promptly. Time is critical, as many women come to us in moments of great need, seeking compassion and guidance. We want to be able to continue to give each woman the individual care and attention that she deserves. Lord, bring to our centers new staff members who are devoted to You and equipped with hearts for our clients. Grant us the resources to expand our capacity, ensuring that every woman continues to receive personalized care as soon as possible. Guide our leadership with wisdom to manage this growth, and strengthen our team with unity. May our centers continue to be a beacon of Your love, hope and truth for all who enter.  Amen.
