Love

Love is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to speaking with compassion and truth, ensuring that every person we serve feels valued, supported, and cared for. â€‹

Respect
We are committed to treating every person with respect, honoring their dignity, time, and contributions. This extends to our clients, team members, and everyone we encounter, fostering a culture of kindness, appreciation, and professionalism.

Integrity
Integrity is the foundation we stand upon. We are committed to honesty, transparency, and unwavering ethical standards in serving each other, our clients, partners, and the Pittsburgh community.

Excellence
We pursue excellence in all that we do, striving to provide the highest quality care and support to those we serve. With a commitment to continuous growth and improvement, we honor our mission by giving our very best each day.

Serving
Volunteering is one of the most meaningful ways to support our ministry and make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve. Whether you have a heart for working directly with clients as a nurse, client advocate, or in our men’s ministry, or prefer to serve behind the scenes in our administrative office with event planning, our Baby Bottle Campaign, or mailings, there’s a place for you! Your time and talents can help transform lives, offer hope, and strengthen our mission.

Additional Ways You Can Get Involved

Praying
Prayer is at the heart of everything we do. Every decision, opportunity, heartbreak, and praise is lifted to the Lord as we seek His guidance and grace. We invite you to join us in this vital mission through prayer. One way to do so is by signing up for the Road Crew, a dedicated group of prayer warriors who intercede each week for our clients, staff, and city. Together, we trust in the power of prayer to bring hope, healing, and transformation.

Giving
Believing in our mission means taking action to save lives and transform families. One powerful way to make a lasting impact is through financial support. By joining the Promise Network, a committed group of monthly or quarterly givers, you provide the steady foundation necessary to sustain and grow our life-changing work. Your ongoing generosity ensures that women, families, and babies receive the care, resources, and hope they need—every single day.
